Dear Clair and Sharon,

In the darkest days of our lives after our son's passing you eased us through difficult decisions and handled everything with love and the utmost caring. Allowing us to paint a special casket by hand was very therapeutic, and giving free reign on his viewing with balloons, music and crayons allowed the attending classmates and siblings to say goodbye without fear. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for the experience and will refer many your way.

Just wanted to say that you guys handled my brother Michael Allen with the utmost respect and care , to which he deserved, I realize you deal with death on a daily basis but I could not tell a difference between whether he was my brother or a relative of yours.... You made it easier if that's possible and I thank you for that.
