Message: Bob and Family: It was an honor to have worked with Molly on the Oncology Unit. In her own quiet way she certainly touched the hearts of many people who were affected by cancer. The good she has initiated has reached out to many people she does not even know. What a gift that is.

Message: Dear Bob, Heather and Family: I want to express my sincere sadness and condolences at the loss of Molly. I want to pass on this poem to you: No one knew that God was going to call your name so soon, In life everyone loved you dearly; in death we will do the same. It breaks everyone’s hearts to lose you; but you did not go alone, For part of us went with you, the day you were called home. You left your family beautiful memories; your love is still their guide, and though they cannot see you, you are always at their side. Although your family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again. Bob and Heather I pray that God will strengthen you during your time of grief. Molly was such a warm, kind and loving person and will be greatly missed. I am thankful for the time that we had to work together and happy that she had time to enjoy some of her retirement.

Message: I'm passing along condolences on behalf of the Washington State Tumor Registrars Association. Many of us got to know Molly and what a wonderful person she was through this association. Personally, I remember running into Molly on the family tugboat at Harbor Days in Olympia and Molly warmly welcoming me on board. Our thoughts are with you all during your time of loss.

Message: Dear Bob and Heather: we extend our sympathies to you and your family in the loss of Molly. I knew her as a very effective member of the hospital team who went about her work in a quiet and steady manner. It was a privilege to know her, and I am certain that she touched the lives of many people. I still remember how her quiet nature would quickly turn to a big smile and enthusiasm whenever the topic of boating came into the conversation. I was always impressed with the closeness I observed between you, Bob, and Molly. The two of you represented the best in how a couple can relate to one another and truly be a team. We will remember Molly with fondness. She will be missed but she also leaves a wonderful legacy. We send our love to you and to Heather!
