Michael B. ASHMike Ash, age 54, devoted husband and friend, passed away at home in Olympia, WA on January 9, 2009. Born in Fort Worth, TX on December 16, 1954, he leaves behind his wife of 13 years, Chris Zipperer, and countless friends and family around the country.Mike was a man of many passions. Food, wine, music, sailboats, photography and France brought him joy that he shared with others. His love of learning, willingness to help others (especially young people), and commitment to progressive change shaped who he was and how he embraced life.
