Visitation Information: Obituary: Ann McDonald Cox Bennett, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, 77, passed away at Rosemont Retirement and Assisted Living in Yelm, WA on December 5, 2009. Ann was born March 25, 1932 in Tylertown, MS, to James Oscar and Olivia May McDonald. She graduated from Tylertown High School in 1949 and went on to graduate from Mississippi State College for Women in 1953 then North Carolina Graduate School. She Married Ed Bennett in Jan. 1984 in Olympia, WA. Ann worked as a Research Librarian in North Carolina, Ohio, and Washington Dept. of Ecology. When not working, Ann enjoyed reading.Surviving Ann are her daughter Carla (Zen) Seidel; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a brother Irvin McDonald.
