Michael was born July 19, 1958 in Pendleton, OR to Murray D. and Luella S. Dorsey. He attended Corvallis High School from 1974-1976, Oregon State University 1977 and O.I.T. Klamath Falls, OR 1978-1980.Michael worked as a Heavy Equipment Instructor at West Coast Training, Jantzen Beach, OR 1990-1992, Hewlett Packard 1993-1994, was a Microsoft Certified Professional 1995-2007, Robben Inc. 2000-2002, Fed EX Contractor 2007-2009 and Dyno Tuning Services Owner 2010. When not working, he enjoyed cars, computers, outdoor activities and reading.During his life Michael lived various places in including, Lincoln City, OR, Yacolt, WA, and Vancouver, WA; spending the last 5 years in Lacey, WA.Surviving Michael are his wife Kathleen R. Dorsey; step sons, BJ Philpott, Kirkland, WA and Shane Philpott, Arcadia, CA; grandchildren, Jada, Jenisus, and James Serrano-Philpott; sisters, Diane Dorsey, Seattle, WA, Suzanne Beals, Poway, CA; and parents, Murray D. and Luella S.
