Rodney Alfred Peterson
Our hearts are saddened by the loss of a wonderful man we called Honey, Dad, Papa and Uncle. Rodney Alfred Peterson was born on May 5, 1942, and passed away March 5, 2012 at his home in Yelm, WA with his wife by his side.
Rod attended Fern Hill Elementary, Baker Middle and Lincoln High Schools. In 1975, he met the love of his life, Candy, and they married March 14, 1980.
Rod is survived by his wife Candy; his mother Ruth; brother Keith; sisters Karen, Leona and Laurel; loving children Amy, Sean, Deanna, and Coby, as well as grandchildren Dylan, Zakre, Jake, Taj, Sophia, Asa, Michaela and Dominick (also known as his “Lil Buddy”). Rod will be dearly missed by his large extended family who will always treasure him and how he brightened our lives in so many ways.
