Judith Ann Thompson

Judith Ann Thompson, 66, passed away on May 3, 2012 at Sharon Care Center in Centralia, Washington after a year-long battle with cancer. Judy was born in Seattle, Washington on June 26, 1945 to Audrey (Nilsen) and George Henry.

Judy moved to Boistfort Valley with her husband, Ron Thompson, in 1965 where she pursued her love for horses. It was there they raised and showed horses and were the founders of the Hames and Tugs Draft Horse Club and were also active the 4-H Club.

In later years, she found her passion in real estate and became a realtor for 15 years and eventually a broker. The last few years of her life, she was employed by Catholic Chore Services in Lewis County as a caregiver, where she developed more than one meaningful relationship with her clients. Judy was always known to all for her love of animals and was always giving homes over the years to many stray cats and dogs along the way.

Judy is survived by her two daughters, Andee Keepers (Will) and TC Leonard (Will) of Centralia; three granddaughters, Cassidy, Alec, and Audrey Leonard; and her ever faithful companion, Sable.

Please leave memories of Judy or condolences for the family in the Guestbook below.
