Kaiea Matthew Allen

On January 9th, 2003 Kaiea Matthew Allen entered our world. He was a tiny bundle of love and joy, whose mere presence touched the lives of everyone around him. Although his body tired easily, his shining spirit never seemed to wane. His bright eyes and hypnotizing gaze could see into your very soul. Kai loved life. He was always smiling, so easily amused.

Through his imagination, ordinary objects were transformed into masterpieces of entertainment. He loved singing and dancing and anything with wheels. His every smile lifted our hearts and the sound of his laughter made our spirits soar. Kaiea filled our lives with light and pure joy. He was the center of our universe.

Our once bright world has become a much darker place without him but we will always feel truly blessed to have had him in our lives. Kaiea left this world on June 15th, 2007. He passed away at home, in the arms of his Mommy and Daddy, surrounded by loved ones. Kai’s memory will be carried forever in the many hearts and thoughts of family and friends.

Please join us for Kai’s memorial service, to be held at 10am on Friday, June 22nd, 2007 at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church 4300 Carpenter Road, Lacey, Washington 98503, where all will be welcome to share stories in celebration of Kai’s life. Please wear casual attire, aloha attire if you have it.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
