Trent is a first generation funeral director, who felt like his career choice actually chose him. He got his start in 2003, helping out part-time at Funeral Alternatives of Washington in Sumner (Now Curnow Funeral Home). He began by going on first calls, and later started helping families with their pre-arrangements. After Trent graduated with a business management degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho, he remembered how much he enjoyed helping families through difficult times, so he chose to become a full-time funeral director. Trent speaks fluent Spanish from his two-year church mission in Guatemala. He continues as an active member of his church congregation. Trent is also a member of the Senior Action Network in Thurston County. Trent and his sweetheart, Amy, enjoy living in Tumwater and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child.
